Role Description The Owner role at Sucess mantrr is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Patna Area. The Owner will oversee overall business operations, including strategic planning, financial management, and service delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting business goals, supervising staff, managing client relationships, and ensuring that services meet quality and performance standards. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities, developing partnerships, and guiding marketing and outreach activities. The Owner will lead decision-making, maintain compliance with relevant regulations, and create a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Strong business management skills, including planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Experience in operations oversight, process improvement, and quality assurance.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships, handle inquiries, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Preferred experience in local market development within the Greater Patna Area or similar regions.
Effective leadership capabilities, including team supervision, delegation, and conflict resolution.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
Comfort with basic digital tools for communication, documentation, and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Demonstrated ability to work on-site full-time and take ownership of business outcomes.
