Role Description The Operations Manager role at AK Foods & Beverages LLP is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities and ensuring smooth execution of processes across the business. The person in this role will coordinate production and supply chain activities, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely order fulfillment. They will develop and implement operational procedures, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization. The Operations Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage vendor and partner relationships, and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant industry standards. This role also involves preparing regular reports for leadership, supporting strategic planning, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Strong operations management skills, including process optimization, workflow planning, and performance monitoring.
Experience in supply chain, logistics, and inventory management within food and beverage or related industries.
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of spreadsheets or operations management tools to support decision-making.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills for working with remote and cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and resolve operational issues in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of quality assurance, food safety standards, and compliance requirements is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field; relevant professional experience may substitute.
Comfort working remotely with strong self-management, organizational skills, and reliability.
