Role Description The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior Consultant, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, preparing correspondence, and organizing documentation and presentations. The role also involves handling expense reports, maintaining confidential records, and serving as a key communication point between executives, staff, and external stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Jyoti Hospital in Gurugram, requiring consistent presence and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance skills, such as office organization, record keeping, and task follow-up.
Candidates should possess experience with Expense Reports, budgeting support, and basic financial documentation.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication, professional phone etiquette, and effective interpersonal interaction.
Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and presentation software).
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Previous experience in healthcare or hospital administration is an advantage.
Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
