Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Skillofy_AI is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end employee lifecycle and supporting a high-performance, inclusive culture. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding processes, partnering with hiring managers to define talent needs, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, performance management frameworks, and learning and development initiatives that align with the company’s growth objectives. The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations, support conflict resolution, manage compensation and benefits administration, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and HR best practices. This role also contributes to organizational development, engagement programs, and HR analytics to inform strategic workforce planning.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong HR operations skills, including experience with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle management.
Candidates should possess skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative work environment.
Candidates should possess abilities in HR policy development, compliance with labor regulations, and compensation and benefits administration.
Candidates should possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills to partner effectively with leaders and team members.
Candidates should possess analytical and organizational skills, including experience using HRIS tools, data-driven decision-making, and workforce planning.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
Experience managing HR in a remote or distributed organization, ideally within edtech, technology, or fast-growing startups, is highly beneficial.
