Role Description The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The CNA will provide hands-on support with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility assistance, following established care plans and safety standards. The role includes measuring and recording vital signs, observing and reporting changes in patients’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff, and assisting with basic clinical tasks as directed. The CNA will help maintain a clean and safe environment, support infection control practices, and ensure patient comfort and dignity at all times. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve communicating clearly with patients, families, and the clinical team, documenting care accurately, and participating in shift handovers and team meetings.
Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training completed from a recognized institution; valid relevant certification or registration as required by local regulations.
Foundational clinical care skills, including assisting with activities of daily living, taking vital signs, and supporting basic patient care procedures under supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, show empathy, and work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to follow instructions carefully, adhere to care plans and safety protocols, and maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Physical ability to perform lifting, transferring, and other movement-related tasks safely, and to remain on feet for extended periods.
Commitment to patient confidentiality, ethical conduct, and adherence to organizational policies and standards of care.
Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or long-term care setting is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.
Basic computer literacy for electronic health records and familiarity with common healthcare documentation tools is an advantage.
