Role Description The Doctor role is a full-time, on-site position based at Dr Manish Hospital Bhatti Mince in South Delhi. The Doctor will be responsible for conducting patient consultations, performing clinical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and establishing treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, updating medical records, coordinating with nursing and allied health staff, and providing clear guidance and counseling to patients and families. The Doctor will participate in clinical decision-making, adhere to hospital protocols and regulatory standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical practices. Availability for scheduled shifts and, when required, emergency or on-call duties is expected.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess an accredited medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and valid registration with the appropriate medical council.
Candidates should possess relevant clinical experience in hospital or clinic settings, including patient assessment, diagnosis, and management.
Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain medical information clearly and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Candidates should possess the ability to maintain accurate medical documentation, follow clinical protocols, and ensure patient safety.
Candidates should possess a commitment to ethical medical practice, confidentiality, and high standards of patient care.
Candidates should possess good time management, problem-solving abilities, and resilience in managing high patient volumes.
Experience in internal medicine, family medicine, or relevant specialty, along with familiarity with common hospital procedures, is beneficial.
Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development, training, and quality improvement initiatives is preferred.
