Role Description The Wellness Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Mulshi, responsible for overseeing all wellness operations and guest programs at Atmantan Wellness Centre. This role involves designing and refining wellness programs, coordinating with therapists, fitness experts, nutritionists, and medical professionals, and ensuring high-quality, safe, and effective services. The Wellness Director will manage daily schedules, supervise wellness staff, monitor guest progress, and handle feedback to enhance overall experience. The position also includes collaborating with management on wellness strategy, maintaining standards and protocols, and supporting training and development of the wellness team.
Qualifications
Strong background in wellness, integrative health, or spa/retreat management, with experience designing and overseeing holistic programs.
Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills, including team supervision, performance management, and staff development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, multidisciplinary wellness teams, and management.
Ability to manage operations, schedules, and resources, with attention to quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.
Relevant degree or certification in wellness, health sciences, nutrition, physiotherapy, psychology, hospitality, or a related field.
Experience in luxury hospitality, wellness resorts, or clinical wellness settings is highly beneficial.
Comfort working on-site in a nature-based setting in Mulshi and collaborating across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
Strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and a genuine commitment to holistic well-being and guest care.
