Role Description The Vendor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Manora. The Vendor will be responsible for sourcing products and services, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods according to company standards and customer requirements. Daily tasks include managing supplier relationships, maintaining accurate records of orders and inventory, and coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client needs. The role also involves monitoring product quality, resolving supply issues, and supporting cost optimization initiatives. The Vendor is expected to follow company policies, adhere to safety and compliance guidelines, and contribute to a smooth, efficient supply chain operation.
Qualifications
Ability to manage vendor and supplier relationships, including negotiation, coordination, and follow-up.
Strong skills in inventory tracking, order management, and basic procurement processes.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.
Effective communication skills to work with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
Basic numerical and analytical skills for comparing prices, evaluating quotes, and monitoring costs.
Ability to work on-site in Manora in a full-time schedule and adapt to operational requirements.
Prior experience in retail, logistics, procurement, or a similar vendor-focused role is an advantage.
Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma; a degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
