Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nurse role based in Jaipur. The Nurse will provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and supporting daily activities in accordance with established clinical protocols. The role includes documenting patient information accurately, coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and educating patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care. The Nurse will help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment, follow infection control and safety standards, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. The position also involves responding to patient needs promptly, offering empathetic support, and contributing to a respectful, inclusive care setting.
Qualifications
Demonstrated clinical nursing skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and care planning.
Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff in a multidisciplinary team.
Strong communication skills for patient education, documentation, and interaction with families and caregivers.
Knowledge of infection control, safety protocols, and standard nursing procedures in hospital or clinic settings.
Capacity to manage time, prioritize tasks, and remain calm and organized in high-pressure or emergency situations.
Valid nursing qualification and registration/license as required by local regulations; prior clinical experience is highly beneficial.
