Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern role is an unpaid 3 months remote internship focused on supporting Espiratia’s online presence and growth initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with social media content creation and scheduling, helping execute digital marketing campaigns, and monitoring web and social media analytics to track performance. The intern will contribute to online marketing activities such as email campaigns, basic SEO tasks, and audience engagement. The role also involves collaborating with team members to develop creative ideas, preparing performance reports, and continuously learning about digital marketing trends and tools.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing, with the ability to support campaign execution across platforms.
Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts and tools, including content creation and campaign optimization.
Ability to work with Web Analytics to interpret data, generate insights, and suggest improvements for digital initiatives.
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for creating clear messages and collaborating with team members.
Interest in neuroscience, AI, learning, or human performance development is beneficial.
Comfort working independently in a remote setting, with good time management and organizational skills.
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
Basic familiarity with social media management tools, email marketing platforms, or graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is an advantage.
