Description:
Talent Solutions RPO is seeking an experienced Technology Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives for a portfolio of technology roles. This position plays a critical role in partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent in a highly competitive market.
The successful candidate will combine deep recruiting expertise, market intelligence, and strong stakeholder management skills to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. This role requires a proactive talent advisor who can influence hiring decisions, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience while driving recruitment excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities:
As a Technology Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders. Key responsibilities include:
Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to develop effective hiring strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning needs.
Drive end-to-end recruitment activities, including talent sourcing, candidate identification, screening, assessment, interview management, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future technology hiring requirements across multiple skill domains.
Utilize market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent mapping techniques to identify and engage high-caliber technical talent.
Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers on talent availability, compensation trends, interview best practices, and hiring decisions.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication, timely feedback, and a professional recruitment process.
Leverage data, recruiting metrics, and reporting to drive process improvements and influence hiring outcomes.
Collaborate with Human Resources, Talent Partners, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and recruitment strategies.
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives by developing inclusive sourcing strategies and diverse candidate pipelines.
Support employer branding efforts and promote the organization's value proposition to attract top-tier technology professionals.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and applicable employment regulations throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and become a trusted talent advisor capable of influencing and driving hiring success.
Required Skills:
• 8+ years Proven success in full cycle recruitment utilizing mature account management skills.
• Experience and comfort partnering & consulting at all levels of leadership.
• Desire and capability to work with other Talent Partners to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of openings.
• Possess an ability to be flexible and provide the right solution at the right time.
• Success in developing inclusive pipelines.
• Success in guiding, consulting and educating hiring managers on hiring best practices.
• Experience in guiding managers on use of corporate services such as relocation and immigration.
• Stay informed and connected to external factors and market conditions that impact our ability to attract quality hires.
• Develop knowledge and understanding of the culture, products and industry - Support internal processes/requirements.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience, Masters in HR/OD or MBA is a plus.
• This role will support and grow the Product Engineering function. 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in a similar environment is required Qualifications.
• Creating opportunities to influence external Product Engineering talent for long range hiring goals
• Influencing hiring decisions based on recruiting expertise and shared business goals
• Provide hiring insights through metrics and analysis reporting to business and TA leaders
• Develop and drive recruiting strategy for product engineering across business units
• Develop and drive an assessment strategy with each hiring manager
• Lead the offer process and provide guidance to the hiring leader & HR Business Partner to arrive at competitive and equitable compensation packages
• Understanding business needs and leverage the business strategy in your communication efforts and recruiting strategy to win talent
• Collaborate, partner across teams and mentor junior recruiters.
