Role Description The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) will support daily engineering and production activities at the Bavla facility in an on-site, full-time role. The GET will collaborate with senior engineers and shop-floor teams to understand project requirements, contribute to troubleshooting, and help implement process improvements. The role involves learning and applying relevant engineering standards, participating in project planning and reporting, and maintaining safety and compliance practices within the plant.
Qualifications
B. Tech or B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Basic proficiency with MS Office.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills to support production activities and process improvement initiatives.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams on the shop floor and in project meetings.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Willingness to work on-site in Bavla and to be involved in hands-on production and project activities.
Interest in infrastructure and heavy fabrication industry and a commitment to building a career in the manufacturing sector.
