Amity University, Punjab - Civil Engineer (Maintenance & PPM)

Amity University Mohali is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer – Maintenance and Construction to manage the New Constructions, maintenance, repair, upkeep, and smooth functioning of campus/building infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day civil maintenance and repair activities across the campus.
Candidate must have experience of Planned Preventive Maintenance.
Inspect buildings and infrastructure and identify maintenance requirements.
Supervise civil works including masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, plumbing-related civil works, and general repairs.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service agencies for maintenance works.
Monitor the quality, progress, and timely completion of assigned maintenance jobs.
Prepare maintenance requirements, estimates, work orders, and material requirements.
Ensure proper upkeep of buildings, common areas, facilities, and other campus infrastructure.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and follow up on pending issues.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve maintenance-related concerns efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and institutional maintenance procedures.
Required Experience & Skills:
Civil Engineering qualification from a recognized institution.
Relevant experience in building/campus/facility maintenance is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of civil repair, maintenance, and infrastructure upkeep.
Construction-only experience is not preferred.
Experience in vendor/contractor coordination will be an added advantage.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple maintenance activities and respond to urgent requirements.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
