Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team with day-to-day activities related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Typical responsibilities include assisting with posting job openings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, maintaining HR records, and helping organize training or staff welfare initiatives. The intern will also help with documentation, data entry in HR systems, and basic HR reporting to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information. This is an internship role, and the position is fully on-site at Aarvy Healthcare’s facility in Gurugram, providing direct exposure to HR operations in a healthcare setting. The role is designed to offer practical learning, mentorship, and an understanding of HR processes and policies.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources concepts, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, word processing) and comfort working with HR or administrative software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information responsibly, and follow established procedures.
Interest in pursuing a career in HR; current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
Positive, proactive attitude with willingness to learn, take feedback, and work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
