Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Artificial Intelligence Engineer role based in Delhi, India. The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI models that support personalized learning experiences, including algorithms for student performance prediction and content recommendation. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and training machine learning and deep learning models, implementing pattern recognition and NLP solutions, and optimizing neural network architectures for scalability and accuracy. The role also involves collaborating with product, curriculum, and engineering teams to translate educational use cases into AI-driven features, integrating models into production systems, and monitoring their performance. The engineer will document technical solutions, participate in code reviews, and ensure adherence to data privacy and ethical AI practices in an education-focused environment.
Qualifications
Strong foundation of atleast 5-8 years of experience in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software development principles.
Hands-on experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for classification, prediction, and recommendation tasks.
Practical expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including text preprocessing, language models, and conversational interfaces.
Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and modern software development practices (version control, testing, CI/CD).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with educational technology, recommender systems, or learning analytics is an advantage.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ethical AI considerations in student-focused applications is beneficial.
