Role Description The Technical Engineer role at Ratnapprabbha Motors is a full-time, on-site position based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and Jalna, Maharashtra. The Technical Engineer will diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in vehicles, ensuring accurate troubleshooting and timely repair.
Qualifications
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities in automotive mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
Hands-on experience with vehicle servicing, repair procedures, and use of workshop tools and equipment.
Ability to interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer service bulletins.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices, quality control checks, and safety regulations in an automotive workshop.
Proficiency in documenting service activities, preparing technical reports, and maintaining accurate records.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with service advisors, technicians, and customers.
Relevant technical qualification such as Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
Experience in an automobile dealership or authorized service center is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site full time, manage multiple service tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced workshop environment.
