Role Description This AutoCAD Freelancer role is an on-site position based in the Pune Division. The freelancer will create detailed AutoCAD drawings for kitchen equipment layouts, ducting, air control systems, and related installations in commercial spaces. Day-to-day tasks include developing and updating architectural and construction drawings, coordinating with project engineers and fabricators, and ensuring designs align with technical specifications and site measurements. The role also involves space planning for efficient workflow, optimizing equipment placement, and revising designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
Ability to produce precise Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
Strong Drawing skills with attention to detail and practical understanding of fabrication and installation processes.
Experience in Space Planning for commercial kitchens or industrial layouts, focusing on efficiency and safety.
Effective Communication skills for coordinating with engineers, fabricators, and clients on design requirements and revisions.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with other CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, SketchUp) is an advantage.
Knowledge of basic mechanical or civil engineering concepts related to kitchen equipment, ventilation, and structural layouts.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, site measurements, and specifications accurately.
Relevant diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience in commercial kitchen design, HVAC, or industrial fabrication projects is a plus.
