Senior Sharepoint Developer

Job Description:
As a SharePoint Lead/Developer, you will design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft SharePoint Online, managing mid to large projects, translating business requirements into effective solutions, developing custom functionalities, integrating with other systems, and providing support and maintenance. This role requires independence, strategic planning, and collaboration with the PMO team. Experience in both SharePoint "Classic" and "Modern," including transitioning environments and proficiency with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), is essential.
Responsibilities:
Solution Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop custom functionalities using SharePoint Online and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), including custom forms, workflows, and integrations with other systems.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct testing to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of solutions, create and execute test plans, and resolve issues while ensuring compliance with policies.
Deployment and Maintenance: Plan and execute solution deployments, including data migration, configuration, and user training. Provide ongoing support and maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Documentation and Training: Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials. Conduct training sessions and provide best practice guidance for using the tools.
Collaboration and Communication: Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, offer technical expertise, and ensure successful solution implementation. Provide regular project updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience in developing SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions, including customization using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Strong understanding of SPFx, React, Azure, and .NET features, functionalities, and best practices.
Exposure to Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Storage.
Familiarity with Office 365 suite and integration with SharePoint Online.
Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
Experience with data integration, migration, and synchronization using SharePoint Online and Power Platform tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end users.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
SharePoint Online and other certifications are a plus.
