Role Description The Etsy Listings & Jewelry Photography Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role involves photographing jewelry and loose diamonds, setting up appropriate lighting, and ensuring high-quality, consistent visual content for online listings. The assistant will create and update Etsy product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, tags, and attributes, while organizing digital assets and maintaining a clear file structure. Day-to-day tasks include image editing and photo retouching, coordinating with the design and sales teams to obtain product details, and communicating effectively to ensure listings reflect brand standards. The role also includes monitoring listings for accuracy, refreshing photos and descriptions as needed, and supporting basic online shop maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
Strong photography skills, including experience with jewelry or product photography and effective use of lighting.
Proficiency in image editing and photo retouching using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software.
Clear and professional communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and documenting product details.
Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple listings, images, and product information.
Basic understanding of online marketplaces (Etsy or similar platforms) and e-commerce best practices.
Ability to work on-site in Surat and collaborate in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
Prior experience in jewelry, fashion, or product photography is an advantage.
Minimum high school diploma; a certificate or degree in photography, design, or a related field is a plus.
