Job Description
Kalpa Electrikal Private Limited is looking for a skilled and experienced Service Engineer with a strong background in the Transformer Industry to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and after-sales service for transformer products.
Key Responsibilities
Installation, testing, commissioning, and servicing of transformers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at customer sites.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Provide technical support and resolve customer service requirements efficiently.
Coordinate with internal engineering and production teams for technical solutions.
Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality procedures.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in the Transformer Industry.
Strong knowledge of transformer testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Ability to analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for site visits and service assignments.
