Job Description:
Job Title: AEM Developer
Location: Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai & Gurgaon
Experience: 4+ yrs
Job Type : Contract to hire.

Primary Skills- AEM Backend ( Headless CMS ), HTML, CSS, Javascript, AEM as a cloud service experience must have
Experience Range: 4 - 6 years of experience, including substantial hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and CMS engineering
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AEM-based CMS solutions for enterprise projects
2. Architect and implement custom AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet business requirements
3. Optimize site performance, security, and scalability through advanced configuration, code reviews, and adherence to AEM best practices
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality digital experiences
5. Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and ensuring compliance with coding standards
6. Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance site capabilities and streamline content workflows within AEM
7. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM, hosting, and CMS integrations
8. Stay current with emerging CMS technologies and AEM updates, proactively recommending improvements to architecture and processes
Required Skills:
1. Expert-level Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development (components, templates, workflows)
2. Strong proficiency in Java and Sling for backend AEM engineering
3. Advanced skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for responsive and interactive UI development within AEM
4. Experience with RESTful APIs and AEM integration
5. Proficiency in version control systems such as Git
6. Hands-on experience with CMS performance optimization and caching strategies in AEM
7. Knowledge of AEM security best practices and vulnerability mitigation
8. Familiarity with AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms modules
9. Experience with automated deployment and CI/CD pipelines for AEM projects
10. Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience integrating AEM with headless CMS architectures
2. Familiarity with cloud hosting platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for AEM deployments
3. Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker
4. Experience with other CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal, Wordpress, Joomla) for comparative insights
5. Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) for advanced front-end development
Desired Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline
2. Adobe Certified Expert (AEM) or equivalent industry-recognized AEM certification
3. Relevant certification in web development or CMS technologies (e.g., Google Mobile Web Specialist)
