Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor cum Videographer role based in Jaipur. The role involves planning and shooting video content. Day-to-day responsibilities include capturing high-quality footage, setting up lighting and camera equipment, coordinating with studio resources such as green screen and podcast setups, and ensuring smooth on-set operations. The Video Editor responsibilities include selecting and assembling footage, editing sequences, applying color grading, adding motion graphics and titles, and preparing final deliverables for multiple platforms. The role also includes maintaining file organization, backing up media, collaborating with the creative and digital teams on storytelling and branding, and meeting project deadlines while adhering to brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
* Assist on shoots — camera setup, lighting, data backup on location
* Handle small solo shoots independently (interviews, product, social content)
* Edit short-form (reels, promos) and long-form (podcasts, documentaries, ad films) content
* Take projects from rough cut to final export — sync, colour, sound, titles
* Add motion graphics, subtitles and thumbnails
* Manage project files, footage and backups
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in editing and/or shooting
* Strong Adobe Premiere Pro skills; Photoshop preferred
* Hands-on with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses and basic lighting setups
* Good sense of pacing, rhythm and music
* Comfortable with Hindi and English content
* Willing to travel for outstation shoots
* Meets deadlines, takes feedback well
