Role Description This is a full-time, on-site PR and Sales role based in West Bengal, India. The role involves drafting and distributing press releases, coordinating with media outlets, and supporting public relations campaigns that enhance the company’s brand and reputation. Daily tasks include engaging with existing and potential clients, presenting products and services, following up on leads, and supporting sales targets through relationship-based selling. The position also requires preparing communication materials, participating in events or promotional activities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent strategic communications. The PR and Sales professional will track campaign and sales performance, report key results, and suggest improvements to communication and sales strategies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Press Releases and Public Relations.
Candidates should possess skills in Media Relations and Strategic Communications.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in client-facing sales, account management, or business development is beneficial.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and represent the company positively.
Comfort working on-site, with frequent internal and external interactions in West Bengal, India.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in PR, sales, or a similar role within a corporate or industrial environment is an advantage.
