Role Description This is a full-time remote Intern role designed for individuals seeking hands-on exposure to industry-aligned work in an EdTech + SkillTech environment. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with content creation, data collection, and documentation related to training programs and workflows; supporting teams in research and preparation of role-based, hands-on learning materials; and contributing to process improvement by gathering feedback from learners and partners. The intern may help coordinate virtual sessions, maintain records of performance metrics, and collaborate with mentors to align tasks with real industry use cases. The role offers opportunities to learn how education products are designed for deployment, gain familiarity with tools used in modern workplaces, and develop professional communication and project execution skills.
Qualifications
Ability to conduct structured research, analyze information, and summarize findings clearly.
Strong writing and communication skills for creating documentation, reports, and learning materials.
Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for remote collaboration, data organization, and content sharing.
Good time management, attention to detail, and ability to follow through on assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
Curiosity about EdTech, SkillTech, and industry-focused learning; willingness to learn new tools and workflows.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or formal education program; prior project or internship experience is a plus.
Professional attitude, reliability in a remote work setting, and openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
