We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This is a great opportunity for freshers or recruiters with up to 3 years of experience who want to build a career in IT/Technical Recruitment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant candidates.
Conduct initial candidate screening and assess skills, experience, availability, and compensation.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring teams.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Work on multiple technical requirements simultaneously.
Meet daily/weekly recruitment and sourcing targets.
Maintain regular communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
💻 Technical Recruitment Exposure
Candidates with exposure to recruiting for any of the following will be preferred:
Java | .NET | Python | Full Stack | Cloud | DevOps | AWS | Azure | Data | AI/ML | Embedded | Automotive | Telecom | Cybersecurity | SAP
🎯 Who Can Apply?
Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment can apply.
0–3 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong learning attitude and willingness to understand technical skills.
Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
Good sourcing, follow-up, and coordination skills.
Prior experience with LinkedIn/Naukri or other recruitment portals is an advantage.
