Role Description The Assistant Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role supports end-to-end project execution across operations and logistics, including planning timelines, coordinating with internal teams, and tracking progress against milestones. The Assistant Project Manager will assist in managing vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services, and resolving delays or issues as they arise. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring project status reports, supporting inspections and quality checks, preparing documentation, and communicating updates to stakeholders. The role also involves identifying process improvements, helping implement best practices, and maintaining compliance with company standards and safety procedures.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in project coordination and Project Management to support planning, execution, and monitoring of operational initiatives.
Candidates should possess skills as an Expeditor and in Expediting to manage timelines, follow up with vendors, and resolve delays in deliveries or services.
Candidates should possess skills in Inspection to assist with quality checks, verification of materials, and compliance with specifications.
Candidates should possess skills in Logistics Management to support inventory flow, distribution planning, and coordination between warehouses and delivery partners.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Proficiency in basic project management tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with e-commerce or retail operations is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field; prior experience in project or operations support is preferred but not mandatory.
