About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Guest Coordinator with 8 to 10 years of experience for our well-oiled guest coordination team. The person must have a good grasp of business news. Able to spot who would be the right talking heads on any subject and direct the team to get them on the channel.
Research and recommend speakers for summit, conclave, TV and digital formats.
Manage end-to-end speaker coordination with outreach, confirmation, briefing, logistics and follow-ups.
Support Editorial teams with speaker outreach and management.
Build a strong repository of Indian and global leaders across sectors.
Develop relationships with speaker bureaus, agencies and relevant networks.
Use AI-assisted research for speaker discovery, sector mapping and briefing notes, with human verification.
