Axway MFT Engineer - 5 years - Immediate Joiners

Designation: Axway MFT (Engineer, Senior engineer, Lead)

We are seeking an experienced profession to design and maintain the end-to-end architecture for the enterprise Axway MFT platform, defining deployment models (on-premises, cloud, hybrid), network topology (DMZ/Internal zones), and integration points.
Design and document high-availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) architectures for critical Axway components (e.g., SecureTransport Enterprise Cluster) to ensure 24/7/365 operational uptime and meet stringent SLAs.
Define the MFT platform roadmap, including version upgrades, migration strategies (e.g., to cloud/SaaS offerings), new product adoption (e.g., Flow Manager), and deprecation planning.
Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and scaling assessments for the MFT platform to support increasing file volumes and partner counts.
Security Design: Collaborate with Enterprise Security teams to enforce security best practices, including PKI management, TLS/SSL certificate handling, firewall rules, and encryption standards (PGP, FIPS 140-2).
Policy Enforcement: Define, document, and govern MFT policies and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, SOX).
