Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Quality Sr.Engineer/Assistant Manager located in Haridwar. As a Quality Sr.Engineer/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the uality process, ensuring that Quality runs smoothly, and implementing process improvements. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Quality efficiency, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering-(Electrical) or a diploma in related field
Experience in Quality engineering or a similar role, 5 or around 7 yr.
Good knowledge of Quality processes/tecting and quality control
Proficiency in technical tools
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience with lean manufacturing principles is a plus
Previous experience as a Q.E or AM in the industry is a plus
