WE ARE HIRING – CUSTOMER SUPPORT LEAD
📍 Location: Bangalore
💰 Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA
⏳ Immediate Joiners Preferred
Role : Customer Support Lead
Experience & Qualification
8+ years of experience in Customer Support / International Voice Process
International Voice experience is mandatory
Minimum 2+ year of Team Lead experience – On Papers is Mandatory
Bachelor’s Degree / Any Graduate
*Key Skills*
Strong experience in International Customer Support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and team-handling skills
*Roles & Responsibilities*
Lead and manage the Customer Support team to achieve business targets.
Monitor SLA, KPI, productivity, quality and CSAT metrics.
Conduct regular performance and quality reviews.
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
