What We’re Looking For
Hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Structural).
Solid understanding of BIM Workflows, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / ACC.
Ability to interpret structural drawings, build accurate 3D models, and perform clash detection/coordination.
Growth Mindset: An open, eager attitude toward learning new software, methodologies, and industry standards.
Strong communication skills and a team-first mentality.
