Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Design Trainee / Intern with a passion for graphic design, motion graphics, and digital content creation. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, basic motion design skills, and familiarity with AI-powered creative tools. You will work closely with the creative team to develop engaging static and animated content for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design creatives for social media, digital ads, marketing campaigns, and brand communication
Create basic motion graphics, animations, reels, and short video edits
Assist senior designers in executing creative concepts and campaign visuals
Use AI tools to generate concepts, improve workflows, and enhance creative output
Maintain consistency in brand visuals across all designs
Edit and refine creatives based on feedback and project requirements
Stay updated with the latest design, motion, and AI trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, or Figma
Basic understanding of motion graphics and video editing
Familiarity with AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.
Understanding of design fundamentals including typography, color, composition, and layout
Creative thinking with attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take feedback positively
Preferred (Optional)
Internship, freelance, or academic project experience in graphic or motion design
Understanding of social media content formats like Instagram Reels, ads, and short-form videos
Interest in AI-driven creative workflows and content generation
Basic understanding of reel/video shoot execution and content creation is a plus.
