Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a SAP SD Consultant located in Bengaluru South. The SAP SD Consultant will configure and support SAP SD modules, including order-to-cash processes, pricing, billing, and rebates, in alignment with business requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing functional requirements, designing solutions, creating and maintaining documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as finance, sales, and IT. The role involves handling incident resolution, change requests, system testing, user training, and go-live support, as well as participating in continuous improvement initiatives and system upgrades. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to ensure stable operations, high-quality deliverables, and effective integration of SAP SD with related systems and Vistex solutions.
Qualifications
Strong SAP SD functional skills, including configuration of order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit/debit processes.
Experience with incentive-related processes such as rebates, discounts, promotions, and integration of SAP SD with Vistex or similar solutions.
Proficiency in requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and solution design for enterprise-scale implementations.
Hands-on experience with testing (unit, integration, UAT), incident management, change management, and production support in SAP environments.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders, and provide user training.
Familiarity with core SAP modules that interface with SD (such as MM and FI) and understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience as a SAP SD Consultant in a consulting or enterprise setting; experience in high-volume or complex pricing environments is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South on a full-time basis.
