Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 /month (Up to)

Key Responsibilities
• Call prospective learners from provided leads.
• Understand their career goals and requirements.
• Explain BCIPL programs and career opportunities in the BFSI industry.
• Counsel candidates and address their queries.
• Follow up with interested candidates.
• Convert qualified leads into admissions.
• Achieve assigned sales/admission targets.
• Maintain lead and follow-up records.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve lead conversion and company growth.
