Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Consultant (fresher) role based in Noida. The Immigration Consultant will assist clients with understanding eligibility criteria, preparing documentation, and completing applications for visas and immigration programs. Daily responsibilities include conducting initial client assessments, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with senior consultants on complex cases, and providing clear guidance on processes and timelines. The role involves researching current immigration rules and updates, answering client queries via phone, email, or in person, and supporting the team in delivering timely, compliant, and client-focused services.
Qualifications
Knowledge or strong interest in Immigration Issues and Global Immigration, with willingness to learn country-specific processes and regulations.
Basic understanding of Visas and related application procedures, including documentation and eligibility criteria.
Awareness of Law principles relevant to immigration, or readiness to acquire foundational legal knowledge.
Consulting skills or potential to develop them, including client interaction, needs assessment, and solution-oriented communication.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is an advantage.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously under timelines.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in Law, International Relations, Business, or Humanities are preferred but not mandatory.
Comfort with MS Office and online research tools; prior internship or exposure in immigration, legal, or consulting domains is a plus.
