About the role:
Corpseed is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager – Environment Compliance to drive B2B sales for environmental consulting and regulatory compliance services.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and close B2B sales opportunities.
Understand client requirements and prepare proposals/quotations.
Sell services including CTE/CTO, EIA, MoEF Clearance, ESG Reporting, EPR, CGWA, and Waste Management Licenses.
Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline through CRM.
Coordinate with technical and advisory teams for project delivery.
Build strong client relationships and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on CPCB/SPCB, MoEF, ESG, and environmental compliance regulations.
Requirements:
5+ years of B2B sales experience; 6–8 years preferred.
Experience in environmental consulting, ESG, EIA, sustainability, or regulatory compliance sales preferred.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or Business Management.
Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.
Proficiency in CRM and MS Excel.
