Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring an excellent in-store experience. This role includes supervising store staff, managing inventory and visual merchandising, and monitoring sales performance to achieve revenue and profitability targets. The Store Manager will handle customer interactions, resolve concerns, and maintain high standards of service and product presentation. Additional responsibilities include implementing retail loss prevention measures, coordinating with head office on promotions and reporting, and training team members to uphold brand guidelines and operational procedures.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication abilities.
Proficiency in Store Management, including team supervision, inventory handling, and daily operations.
Awareness of Retail Loss Prevention practices and ability to implement store-level controls.
Previous experience in fashion or apparel retail, preferably in a supervisory or managerial position.
Ability to analyze sales data, manage targets, and drive store performance.
Comfort with basic digital tools and point-of-sale systems.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
