About The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Product Solutions Architect – Banking Loyalty to drive the evolution of its banking loyalty platform and customer success strategy. This role is ideal for a professional with deep expertise in banking loyalty programs who can bridge product, customer success, and consulting.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to build scalable banking loyalty solutions, improve customer outcomes, and influence the product roadmap based on real customer needs. The role requires a strong blend of domain expertise, product thinking, and customer-facing consulting experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the product solutions expert for banking loyalty programs, advising enterprise customers on best practices and solution design.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape and enhance platform capabilities for banking loyalty use cases.
Gather customer requirements and convert them into scalable product enhancements and solution recommendations.
Define and implement standardized Customer Success and solution delivery processes for banking clients.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are reflected in product roadmap and implementation plans.
Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements that enhance customer experience and reduce implementation challenges.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure successful adoption of product solutions across enterprise banking customers.
Capture market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to influence future product strategy.

Within The First Six Months, You Will
Deliver scalable product solutions tailored to banking loyalty use cases.
Establish repeatable implementation and customer success processes for enterprise banking customers.
Drive increased customer adoption and business growth through strategic solution consulting.

Required Skills & Experience
7–9 years of experience in Product Solutions, Product Management within Banking, FinTech, or Loyalty platforms.
Deep understanding of banking loyalty programs, rewards ecosystems, customer engagement, and retention strategies.
Strong consulting and customer-facing experience, with the ability to engage senior business stakeholders.
Proven experience translating business requirements into scalable product capabilities and solution designs.
Experience defining business processes, implementation frameworks, and customer success best practices.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Customer Success teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with banking loyalty, rewards, or engagement platforms.
Background in solution consulting, enterprise product implementations, or digital banking transformation.
Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS products and customer lifecycle management.
Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy through customer insights and industry expertise.
