Role Description As a Graphic Designer Fresher at RethinkingWeb, you will support the design team in creating visual assets for websites, digital campaigns, and branding projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with layout design, logo creation, typography selection, and graphics for web and social media. You will collaborate with senior designers to refine concepts, prepare design files, and ensure consistency with brand guidelines. The role also involves receiving feedback, iterating on designs, and maintaining organized design resources. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane.
Qualifications
Strong foundational skills in graphics and graphic design, with the ability to translate ideas into visual concepts.
Ability to create and refine logo design and branding elements that align with client identity and positioning.
Basic understanding of typography and its application in digital and print layouts.
Proficiency in common design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar) and willingness to learn new software.
Portfolio or academic projects demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and visual problem-solving.
Relevant coursework or degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to take feedback constructively, work within deadlines, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
Basic understanding of web design principles and interest in user experience and digital marketing is an advantage.
