Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Overseas Admission Counselor specializing in MBBS backend processes, particularly visa applications and related documentation, for students aspiring to study in Georgia. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient application process, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Visa Application Processing:Manage the visa application process for students applying to Georgian universities.
Ensure all visa documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to track application progress and resolve issues.
Documentation Management:Collect, review, and organize student documents required for admissions and visa applications.
Maintain meticulous records and ensure data accuracy in student management systems.
Assist students in obtaining necessary documents such as transcripts, financial statements, and medical certificates.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:Stay updated with immigration laws, visa policies, and regulations pertaining to Georgia.
Provide accurate guidance to students regarding visa requirements and legal obligations.
Communication and Coordination:Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educational institutions to clarify visa-related queries.
Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to facilitate a seamless process.
Support Services:Assist in pre-departure orientation sessions for students regarding Georgian culture, academic life, and living conditions.
Provide ongoing support to students throughout the visa application and admission process.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, Education, Law).
Proven experience in visa application processing, preferably in an educational consultancy or similar role.
Strong understanding of rules and regulations and procedures for Georgia.
Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.
