Role Description The Senior Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for the Rohtak facility. This full-time, on-site role involves developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting workforce planning in collaboration with senior leadership. The role includes managing compensation and benefits, coordinating training and development initiatives, and driving employee engagement and retention strategies. The Senior Human Resources Manager will also handle disciplinary procedures, maintain accurate HR documentation, and provide guidance to managers on HR best practices. Regular interaction with cross-functional teams and leadership is expected to align HR activities with business objectives.
Qualifications
