📢 URGENT HIRING – QS JUNIOR POSITION
📍 Location: Kollur, Hyderabad
🏗️ Industry: High-Rise Residential Construction
💼 Experience: 4–6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Quantity take-off and BOQ preparation
Billing and measurement of works
Subcontractor/vendor bill verification
Quantity reconciliation and cost tracking
Preparation of RA Bills and client billing
Coordination with Site & Planning teams
Knowledge of Mivan / High-Rise Residential Projects preferred
Requirements:
✔️ Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying & Billing
✔️ Experience in building construction is mandatory
✔️ Good knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD
✔️ Immediate joiners preferred
