Role Overview
We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join Intellipaat. The selected candidate will be deployed at DY Patil Ambi Campus, Pune, from the Intellipaat side, and will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and finance-related activities at the campus.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally ERP, GST, TDS, Excel, reconciliations, and general accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage general accounting entries, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally ERP.
Handle GST entries, GST return filing, and reconciliation.
Process TDS calculations, deductions, and returns.
Maintain purchase records, vendor bills, invoices, and all accounting documentation.
Prepare daily and weekly accounting reports using MS Excel.
Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables for reporting and reconciliation.
Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer account reconciliation.
Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for accounting and finance-related requirements.
Support statutory and internal audit requirements.
Ensure accuracy, timely entries, and proper documentation of all financial transactions.
Handle accounting activities related to the DY Patil Ambi Campus as required.
Required Skills
Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP.
Good command of MS Excel, including basic formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
Hands-on knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
Experience in bank, vendor, and customer reconciliation.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
High level of discipline, ownership, and accountability.
Eligibility
B.Com / M.Com graduates.
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Candidates with practical experience in Tally, GST, TDS, and Excel will be preferred.
Immediate joiners only.
The candidate should be willing to work on-site at DY Patil Ambi Campus, Pune.
