You'll be part of our UX team, working alongside frontend engineers, product managers, business stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams to craft digital experiences that are as functional as they are visually compelling.
What You'll Do
Create compelling visual designs for digital products, marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, social media, brand assets, and communication collateral.
Own and elevate the graphic design quality across the organization.
Collaborate closely with UX designers to craft cohesive, engaging, and user-centric experiences.
Work with frontend developers to ensure designs are translated accurately into production.
Partner with product and business teams to transform ideas into impactful visual communication.
Integrate GenAI into every stage of the creative process—from research, ideation, moodboarding, concept generation, image creation, editing, and production to continuous iteration.
Build, customize, and optimize AI-powered creative workflows using prompt engineering, model experimentation, iterative refinement, and post-production to deliver production-ready creative assets.
Maintain brand consistency while continuously pushing creative boundaries.
Stay ahead of design trends, AI capabilities, and emerging creative technologies.
Who You Are
3-5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
Strong foundation in typography, layout, composition, color theory, branding, and visual storytelling.
An AI-first designer who uses GenAI as an integral part of the creative workflow.
Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Flux, Ideogram, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Kling, Gemini, ComfyUI, or similar tools.
Ability to customize AI-generated outputs through advanced prompting, model selection, iterative refinement, editing, and post-production—not just generate images.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant creative tools.
Working knowledge of Figma and the ability to collaborate effectively with UX teams.
Experience designing digital and print media.
Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of creative initiatives.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of design excellence.
Nice to Have
Experience in motion graphics or animation (After Effects, Lottie, Rive, etc.).
Strong hand illustration skills with the ability to transform sketches into polished digital illustrations and vector artwork.
Experience with 3D design or AI-assisted creative production pipelines.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend implementation.
