Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager who can lead complex software projects from planning to production while coordinating effectively with engineering, product, business and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should combine strong project-management capabilities with a practical understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure and Agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of multiple software development projects.
Define project scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies and deliverables.
Convert business requirements into clear technical tasks and execution plans.
Coordinate with developers, architects, QA, DevOps, product teams and business stakeholders.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
Track project progress, engineering capacity and release readiness.
Identify technical risks, bottlenecks and dependencies before they affect delivery.
Ensure projects meet agreed timelines, quality standards and business objectives.
Manage requirement changes and prevent uncontrolled scope expansion.
Maintain project documentation, dashboards, status reports and decision logs.
Communicate progress, risks and escalations clearly to senior management.
Support production releases and coordinate the resolution of critical issues.
Improve project-management processes, engineering predictability and team productivity.
Required Skills and Experience
5–8 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in technical project management or engineering delivery management.
Proven experience managing web, mobile, SaaS, fintech, data-platform or API-based projects.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Working knowledge of:
REST APIs and system integrations
Databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or ClickHouse
Cloud platforms, preferably AWS
Microservices and distributed systems
CI/CD, release management and production deployments
Agile and Scrum methodologies
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence or similar project-management tools.
Ability to understand technical discussions and challenge unrealistic estimates.
Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as a software developer, business analyst, QA engineer or solution architect.
Experience working with fintech, AdTech, MarTech, AI/ML or data-intensive platforms.
Scrum Master, PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification.
Experience managing third-party vendors and external technology partners.
Familiarity with security, compliance and data-privacy requirements.
