Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Tiruppur. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution across textile, retail, and operational initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal departments and external vendors, managing schedules and resources, monitoring progress, and resolving issues that could impact delivery. The role involves expediting critical tasks, supervising inspections, managing logistics for materials and finished goods, and preparing regular status reports for leadership. The Project Manager will also support process improvement, risk management, and adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to accelerate critical activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Candidates should have excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration abilities, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Candidates should be proficient in using project management tools and basic office software
Candidates should typically hold a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience.
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work on-site in Tiruppur, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism.
