Job Summary:
A 3D Interior Designer is responsible for creating realistic 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for interior and furniture projects. The role involves transforming concepts into visually appealing designs, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings based on client requirements.
• Develop 3D interior and furniture designs using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop and Enscape or similar tools.
• Convert 2D drawings and concepts into detailed 3D visualizations.
• Coordinate with designers, project coordinators, and clients to understand design requirements.
• Prepare mood boards, material presentations, and design concepts.
• Modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Ensure design accuracy, aesthetics, and timely project delivery.
• Maintain organized design files and project documentation.
• Coordinate with the web development team to ensure timely website updates and content maintenance. • Monitor and follow up on website changes, updates, and enhancements with the web development team.
• Ensure all website content, product information, and company details are updated accurately in coordination with the web development team.
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop and Enscape or similar software.
• Good understanding of interior design, furniture design, materials, and space planning.
• Strong visualization and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in 3D interior designing and rendering.
