About Startup Stairs
Startup Stairs is an incubation and entrepreneurship-focused organization working towards building and supporting the startup ecosystem. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can create visually engaging designs for our digital platforms, marketing campaigns, events, social media, and brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, digital campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials.
Develop creative designs for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Design creatives for startup programs, incubation initiatives, events, workshops, campaigns, and announcements.
Work closely with the Marketing, Content, HR, and Business teams to understand design requirements and deliver creatives on time.
Maintain consistency in brand identity, fonts, colors, layouts, and visual communication.
Create banners, posters, brochures, infographics, presentations, standees, certificates, and other promotional materials.
Adapt designs into different sizes and formats as required for various platforms.
Support the team with basic video/reel creatives, thumbnails, and motion graphics when required.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media formats, and creative styles.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Take feedback positively and make necessary design revisions.
Required Skills
1–2 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Experience with Canva is required.
Knowledge of Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other design/video tools will be an advantage.
Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layouts, and branding.
Strong creative and visual-thinking skills.
Ability to convert ideas and concepts into effective visual designs.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
Experience working on social media and digital marketing creatives.
Experience in startup, technology, education, incubation, or entrepreneurship-related organizations will be an advantage.
