1.Fitout - HVAC :
Checking HVAC drawings
1. Reading the Architectural layout and understand the design. As per the RCP and Interior layout provided by Arch., necessary comments shall be given on HVAC layout submitted by Vendor. Co-ordination shall be done between architect and HVAC Vendor. Providing the guideline to HVAC vendor regarding the critical issues of design which may Couse problem at site, shut-down time, procedures for work, method statements to carried out work in specific manner etc.
2. As per the requirement, shut down will be planned with Engineer and HVAC team. Also planning for the work (timely completion) need to be carried out during shut-down.
3. Site visit for checking the quality of work as well as progress of work. Also cross checking the work executed with respect to shop drawing. Report to concern people regarding status of work for each site.
4. As Built Checking.
2 Projects HVAC
1) Design & Making HVAC Layouts.
2) HVAC BOQ Preparing as approved layout.
3) Execution of HVAC projects, Checking of work quality, work status, coordination with vendor solved his issues & preparing site status.
4)Vendor measurement checking as per work done at site & bill certification as per measurement.
5)Preparing Quantity variation statement after 80% work completion.
6) Take daily round on site with vendor supervisor.
7) To carry out checks of jobs to ensure jobs are carried out in safe and desired manner.
3. Maintenance
Maintained Below Area: -
1. Tower D & E Common area & Allottees Offices.
2. Lower Basement & Upper Basement Area.
3. DC-1.
4. MIS Report of Maintenance.
5. Material planning & Budgetary.
6. Material requisition and Indent of necessary Materials/spares
7. Check the Quality of Materials received from Suppliers in Store.
8. Attend the breakdown work and Major Work.
9. Ensuring speedy completion of jobs.
* Candidates residing in Mumbai would be preferred.
