Job Title: AI Ethics Engineer
Experience Range: 8-10 yrs
Required Technical Skills:
8-10 years of experience as Product SME / Platform Lead
Define and implement Responsible AI frameworks across the organization.
Ensure adherence to ethical AI principles including fairness, transparency, and privacy.
Establish and support AI governance structures such as ethics councils and oversight roles.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, AI Act)
Conduct AI risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Apply technical safeguards such as bias detection, bias mitigation, and data minimization.
Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education
